Retail Product Returns

This policy applies to retail products purchased from Blondies Salon. It does not apply to salon services.

Products purchased in the salon may be returned if they are unopened and unused. Please contact Blondies Salon for assistance with an in-salon return.

Products shipped to customers are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange for a change of mind, including unopened products.

If your shipped order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Blondies Salon so we can review the issue and discuss a resolution. This policy does not limit any rights that apply under law.
